Cheska invited their family at a restaurant for a dinner said Ulvic’s brother Stephen Berdecen, who uploaded the video on Facebook. Music suddenly played a love song and then staff members began approaching Ulvic to give him red roses while they were having a meal.
Cheska came along with a flower for Ulvic. Friends held up a sign that said ‘Will you marry me?” for them and she opened a box out and offered him a ring.
