This signs can be a symptom or neurological condition or they want to tell you that they are in a pain.

This sign indicates certain damage to the nervous system that might occur due to different causes such as certain kinds of toxic poisoning, for example, lead.

It also can be an indication of prosencephalon disease where the thalamus and forebrain parts of the brain are actually damaged. Remember that this sign indicates few neurological disorders.
