Whenever we see a so smart and sharp person, we think that it’s a god’s gift for one particular person. We also think that we can never be smart or sharp no matter how much we try. But, it’s completely wrong.
You also can be very smart and sharp. There is a technique behind knowing and remembering everything. It’s a small thing that we do every day. According to science, people think that we tend to learn fewer new things as we grow up and our brain is not very susceptive to gather new information. But, it’s not correct.
We process an enormous data and information in our brain to learn new things every day. But, our brain chooses to ignore most of it. It’s not the brain’s fault, we are the one who sends signs to ignore things and remember things.
Here we are going to present some conclusions on Neuroscience, on how to remember more things and process them faster. Try and see how smart you can become.
Step 1: Be humble and polite
You will see the positive side of everything once you are polite and humble. This helps to produce more serotonin in the anterior cortex of the brain. You can make your brain adaptive to new information and increases acceptability by staying happy and by thanking people for even smallest things.
Step 2: anticipate positive things
“A ship Sails to only where the waves take it. Only a wise Captain will harbor the waves and set ashore”
According to the above quote, your life is the ship, you are the captain and your thoughts are the waves. If you think negative always, you make it hard for yourself. You should always anticipate good things to come. When you anticipate love, you feel happy and it means even a small thing plays a huge part in influencing your brain. Once you think positive, your brain performs better.
Step 3: Ask more to learn more
It challenges your brain to work more when you do something new. You can ask questions when you learn new things and this will make your brain feel like a winner and rewards the brain with Dopamine Hormone. Dopamine can make you happy and excited and make you absorb more new things.
Step 4: Play more and avoid over thinking
The stress for the body is physical activity. Your body gets a reward, a dose of endorphins released by the pituitary gland as soon as the stress is exhausted. The effect is like opioid, which helps to reduce pain and increases the mood. You can achieve this reward by even having a normal walk.
It is too dangerous if you negatively overthink. Your brain will be stressed and depressed about things haven’t even happened yet. So, don’t over think and keep your mind calm.
Step 5: Take full rest
Our body secretes the hormone melatonin while we sleep in the dark. This also helps to slow down all processes in the body, recover and increase the level of serotonin in the hypothalamus. It triggers the release of the stress hormone to quickly awaken the body if the brain detects a change in lighting. So that, try to sleep 6-8 hours a day only in darkened environments.
