4 Exercises to Improve Your Eyesight Without Glasses

Start with focusing on the objects in your surroundings, then aim for things that are far away from you. Switch your focus in 10 seconds. You can have excellent results by doing this for 5 minutes.

  1. Blink

This way will restore your vision and strengthen your eye muscles. You may sit in front of the computer for a long time, but how often do you blink?

If you don’t blink often your eyes suffer a big deal. You can prepare your eyes for new info, and the short period of darkness helps you process the things you see by blinking.

  1. The invisible 8

Here you have to rely on your imagination. Just imagine that right in front of you, there’s an invisible figure eight lying on its side. Move your eyes along its “shape” for 5 minutes. Switch direction, and go for another 5 minutes. This will give you an excellent exercise for your eye muscles.

  1. Cover your face

First cover your eyes using your hands, without pressing them. There should be enough space for you to blink and watch in darkness. Do this when you working on the computer. By doing this, it releases stress and tension.
