12 Things To Never Say “I’m Sorry” For

In this society, there are more people who criticize others than ever and spending their time criticizing how others live. So, don’t give your power to others. You don’t owe anyone a proof for your way of living, your selections, or who you decide to spend your time with.

If you’re feeling happy and love the life you reside, that’s all that really matters to you. You don’t need to feel ashamed or apologize to anyone if you live per your truth. Don’t ever say “I’m sorry” for the subsequent things as other people don’t get to dictate how you live your life.

Here are 12 things to never say “IM SORRY” for:

  1. Making yourself a priority in your life.

You need to twist into a selfish, egotistical, entitled idea in order to create your own heart happily. No one can make yourself happy rather than you do to yourself. So, you need to make your own fulfillment a priority.

You have done an important aspect of self-development if you have taken your life into your hands rather than letting others teach you how to live. We have the full responsibility for our lives and if we could make our self-happy we can help others in need too.

  1. Following your dreams.

If you want more in your life, it’s not that you are ungrateful or spoiled, it makes you ambitious. You want to fulfill your dreams and goals while you still can. You don’t like to settle for less than you know you’re capable of. Don’t think about what others think of you, you just follow your dreams.

While aspiring more in life be thankful for what you have got and don’t feel bad for having big dreams. If you follow your dreams with all your heart, the universe will surprise you in ways you never imagined.

  1. Make time for you.

In this society, we have time only to care about others and attending to their needs and we forget about our own.

We need self-care for our health and it’s not selfish. Don’t be sorry to say no to an invitation or someone in order to look after yourself. The first thing you need to take care of life is yourself.

  1. Who you choose to date.

You are the one who can decide for you who to date whether it’s a girl, guy or both. Do not feel ashamed for who you engage romantic relationships with. Feel free to date whoever you’d like as you truly love and care for the person. If someone expresses concern with who you date or simply doesn’t agree, don’t give them a chance in your life.

  1. Expressing emotions.

Emotion-shaming has become a real thing. We only obey and not express how we feel and has become like robots. We need to express our emotions in any given moment and don’t ever feel ashamed for doing it.

  1. How you earn money.

Don’t ever say ‘I’m sorry’ for your job as long as you feel emotionally and mentally satisfied with it. You may earn billions or hundreds a year, but it doesn’t matter if you don’t feel happy with your vocation. So, do anything that makes you feel fulfilled.

  1. Being optimistic.

Lot of people constantly tells us to “expect the best but prepare for the worst”. According to many scientists and researchers around the globe, there are many benefits of positive thinking, including decreased stress, a longer lifespan, greater creativity, and more.

We can be more resilient and better able to deal with challenges by staying positive in hard times.

  1. Your past.

Some people may bring up your past mistakes and criticize you and your life, but remember that you have learned from them. Don’t anyone make you feel bad for your past as at the end of our lives, we will only have our experiences and memories to go on. We live and learn and our past does not have to define us.

  1. Your diet.

You don’t tell others how to eat and what to eat, same like that, don’t let them dictate your eating habits. Everyone thinks they know the optimal diet for humans from vegans to meat-eaters, but the truth is tha, only you can decide what feels right to you, not anyone else.

  1. Striving for more in life.

If you want more in your life, it’s not that you are ungrateful or spoiled, it makes you ambitious. You want to fulfill your dreams and goals while you still can. You don’t like to settle for less than you know you’re capable of. People will view you as an unrealistic dreamer, but don’t think about what others think of you, you just follow your dreams.

While aspiring more in life be thankful for what you have got and don’t feel bad for having big dreams. If you follow your dreams with all your heart, the universe will surprise you in ways you never imagined.

  1. Challenging the mainstream.

People actually feel guilty about how they choose to live while others like to nitpick every aspect about people’s lives in today’s world. Don’t think of what others say, just live in your truth.  If anyone feels threatened by how you live your life, they might actually be jealous of you. Some people bash others in order to make themselves feel better when they feel so uncomfortable and dissatisfied with their own lives.

To live a happy life, live off-the-grid, eat only from your own garden, let food be your medicine, and teach your children peace and love instead of what’s on television and don’t apologize. Everyone deserves to live the life they want without feeling remorseful for simply following their hearts.

  1. Your opinions

You can remain civil and respect someone without agreeing with them. Don’t ever hesitate to express if you have an opinion, even if it doesn’t seem like the “popular” choice. The world will never change if we keep our opinions to ourselves, and sometimes the best ideas come from opinions and viewpoints.
